A short note on the small files our site stores in your browser, why they are there and what they do.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. We use them only where they are needed to make the site work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Cookies we set
Login session: when you sign in we set a session cookie so the site knows it is still you on the next page. It is removed when you sign out, or after a short period of inactivity.
Form security: the contact form sets a short-lived token to prevent spam submissions. It contains no personal information.
Third-party content
Some pages load content from other services, which may set or read their own cookies or store data in your browser in order to work.
Mapbox draws the location maps on property pages and loads only when you choose to show a map. YouTube, in privacy-enhanced mode, hosts the occasional property video and sets no tracking cookie unless you play it. A content delivery network serves our fonts and the small library that draws your membership-card QR code.
We do not embed advertising networks, social-media share widgets, or analytics services that profile you. If we add an analytics tool in future we will list it here and ask for your consent first where required.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or sending the contact form.
