Offers are only visible to verified members within our closed user group, helping protect your OTA rate parity agreements. Your property is promoted directly to a high-value audience of frequent travellers, creating opportunities for repeat direct bookings. Members also share trusted reviews with their colleagues, helping the hotels they recommend generate ongoing business from like-minded travellers.
Exclusive rates and benefits for verified crew
Offer details, including exclusive rates and added benefits, are confidential and protected behind a verified member gateway. They are never visible to the public or OTAs, helping preserve your rate parity agreements.
Once verified with an approved airline email address, crew can sign in, access the full deal details and book directly with you. You retain the relationship, the data and the margin. Commission is 10% on achieved bookings reported monthly. There are no platform fees.
NB: founding hotels pay no commission for their first 12 months.
How crew book with you
Access your offer
A verified crew member signs in to reveal your crew offer. A private link opens in your own system with the crew offer details loaded. The offer code is never shown so cannot be shared.
Booking process
The member books directly with you in accordance with your payment terms and cancellation policy. The relationship is directly between you and the guest.
Verification on arrival
The guest will present a digital membership card with one time QR code for you to scan and confirm valid status. A physical airline ID card will also be presented.
Unique access to verified airline employees
While your hotel page is public, your offer is hidden behind a verified member gateway and only visible to logged in members. The public and the OTAs can’t access it, so your rate parity stays intact.
More direct bookings
Crew book directly through your own system, not via an OTA. Commission is 10%, significantly below typical OTA costs, with no commission payable during your founding year. You retain the guest relationship and booking data, while members are encouraged to return directly for future stays.
Trusted reviews that drive bookings
Guests share their experiences within the community, creating valuable recommendations between colleagues who understand each other’s needs. A recommendation from a fellow crew member carries real weight, helping hotels earn repeat direct business.

Nothing to pay to be listed. We earn only when you do: 10% commission on achieved bookings. Founding hotels pay no commission at all for their first 12 months.

You choose any rate discount and add-on benefits you’d like to offer. The better the offer the greater the likelihood of securing direct bookings. Withdraw or adjust your offer at any time. No contractual commitment and no platform or annual fees.
