Terms of Membership
The conditions under which members use Crew Portfolio. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Crew Portfolio is operated by 1550 Digital, Principality of Andorra. In these terms "we", "us" and "Crew Portfolio" mean 1550 Digital.
Who can join
Crew Portfolio is a closed user group for current employees of recognised airlines, low-cost carriers, ground-handling companies, GDS providers and aviation industry bodies. Membership is verified by work email at the point of registration.
You may hold one account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or shared.
What we offer
A curated collection of independent hotels with preferred rates and benefits arranged for verified members. Crew Portfolio is the introducer. The booking contract is between you and the hotel.
Rates and benefits shown on the site are indicative. The hotel's own terms apply to availability, cancellation and on-property policies.
Bookings and cancellations
Member rates are arranged directly with each hotel. Your booking, payment and any cancellation are handled by the hotel under the policy it applies at the time of booking. Crew Portfolio is not a party to that contract.
If a hotel does not honour a member rate or benefit you have confirmed, let us know via the contact form and we will follow up on your behalf.
Your membership card and member rates
Member rates are for your own personal travel. Your digital membership card is personal to you and must be presented by you at check-in. Booking a member rate for, or on behalf of, a person who is not an eligible member may result in the rate being withdrawn by the hotel and your account being suspended.
Members may not publish or share member rates, hotel lists, or other gated content outside the community. Sharing screenshots of member rates with non-members may result in account suspension.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access another member's account, or use the platform to send unsolicited communications.
Suspension or closure
We may suspend or close an account if eligibility can no longer be verified, if these terms are breached, or at our reasonable discretion. You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@crewportfolio.com.
Liability
Crew Portfolio takes care over the properties it features but is not liable for the conduct of any hotel, the accuracy of third-party rate information, or any loss arising from a booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to these terms
We will update these terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be communicated by email to members and shown by an updated "Last reviewed" date here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Principality of Andorra and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Andorra. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country.
